Min 5 yrs experience Beverage & Outlets Operational Mgmt experience. H.S. diploma or equivalent. Overall responsibility for the mgmt of liquor, beer and wine service throughtout the Commerce Casino property. Responsibility for the mgmt of all Food/Beverage Walk-Up Outlets throghout the facility. In partnership w/Purchasing & Receiving dept's manage the purchasing process of all alcoholic beverages purchased by the operation. Manage the distribution of alcoholic beverages and bar related product to all locations throughout the facility. Mgmt scheduling, & training for all Bar Tenders & Cocktail Servers.
